Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and student-centered 4th grade teacher to join our team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective, standards-based instruction for elementary students.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievement and behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to enhance student success.
- Implement classroom management strategies that promote positive student behavior.
- Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school events.
- Utilize technology to enhance instruction and student engagement.
- Support the school's mission, vision, and educational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field.
- Valid state teaching certification/licensure in Elementary Education.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and instructional best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous elementary teaching experience.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems.
