Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in our Plantation, FL office. In this on-site role, you will build client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and leverage our extensive access to 50 insurance carriers to recommend tailored insurance solutions. You will identify client needs, present and sell insurance policies, and guide customers through the application and claims process, while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless operations and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Insurance Sales and Sales fundamentals, with demonstrated experience in meeting sales goals
- Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and provide personalized guidance
- Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices, including policy underwriting and claims management
- Highly motivated with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Licensing in Property and Casualty Insurance (required) or commitment to obtain licensure
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site team environment
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results
