No experience necessary! We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Entry Level Appraiser Technician Trainee to join our team, dedicated to delivering precise and insightful property valuations. In this role, you will be provided with training in data collection, property inspections, and supporting appraisal evaluations. Your work will support critical decision-making processes. Responsibilities
- Desktop Confirmation - Verify and confirm the accuracy of data for each property record card. The property is viewed via Pictometry which allows a 360-degree walk-about to view all structures on a parcel of land. This process is done in office.
- Field Checks - An on-site visit to resolve any discrepancies that cannot be validated at the time of the desktop confirmation phase.
- Valuation/Reconciliation - Drive by/on-site viewing of the property to verify information viewed in the field matches the property record card information. Reconciled that the market value is within the realm of reality of what the property could sell for on the open market.
