What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Building HVAC-NTP position at John Flatley Company?
We are looking for a full-time, reliable HVAC technician to work at our office building
complex in Nashua, NH.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on centrifugal chillers, cooling towers,
AHU’s, compressors, and VAV’s.
Respond to tenant requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for all emergencies (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire
alarm, etc).
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inventory control.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Siemens Apogee EMS.
Working knowledge of centrifugal chillers (TRANE and Carrier).
Working knowledge of Cleaver-Brooks gas fired boilers.
Have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, cooling
towers, AHU*s, and VAV distribution.
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
Have problem solving skills.
Have strong attention to detail.
Have good conversation skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have 2 or more years’ experience in the field.
Have good, reliable transportation and must live within 30 minutes of Nashua, NH.
Must have valid driver’s license.
