What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Leasing - Merrimack, NH position at John Flatley Company?
As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for leasing available apartments in our luxury apartment communities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Leasing apartments to achieve occupancy goals.
- Providing excellent customer experience for the prospects as it relates to their interaction with the community, which includes apartment and community tours.
- Conducts market survey to understand market trend and customer needs. Fulfill and resolve customer needs.
- Ensure communication is delivered to residents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Some light travel required. Vehicle and valid drivers license required.
- Collect and process renter information including leasing documents, income documents, credit reports and all other legal documentation necessary.
- Manage and supervise all internet advertising platforms currently used.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and property management software required. Yardi preferred
- Strong sales and customer service experience
- Good organizational and time management skills
