We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Executive Assistant to join our Administration Team. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.
Shift:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- 8:00am - 5:00pm - Monday through Friday
Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Administrative Team
Principle Accountabilities and Essential Duties of the Job:
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for other senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, review content, determine importance, and summarize and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records and orders supplies.
- Performs other responsibilities as directed.
