What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at John F Murphy Homes, Inc.?
The Margaret Murphy Centers for Children in Lewiston is currently seeking a custodian/maintenance person to work in their special-purpose private school environment.
The chosen candidate will be working in a school setting, completing tasks such as, but not limited to: cleaning, maintenance, small projects, receiving freight, work outdoors, some heavy lifting, and other duties to be determined by the program director.
The ideal candidate must be motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment that continues to grow, is a must!
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $17.00–$21.00 per hour depending on qualifications, experience, education, and other job-related factors. Eligible employees are also offered a comprehensive benefits package.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Custodial/maintenance experience preferred but not a must.
- Valid Driver's License
