What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Program Manager position at John F. Kennedy Behavioral Health?
POSITION OVERVIEW: facilitates clinical supervision and uses integrative recovery methods to ensure quality service delivery.
- Ensures a customized, engaging, and recovery-oriented environment for individuals experiencing pervasive mental illness and/or diminished intellectual capacity
- Oversee the daily operation, provide professional development and clinical evaluation of staff.
- Prepare, review and approve documentation; monitors for timeliness and completeness.
- Work collaboratively across all programs to maximize resources and ensure quality outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in the behavioral or social sciences; ideally inclusive of studies in social work/welfare, mental health, substance use & recovery, and/or public health
- 3 years’ work experience in mental health direct service; supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Additional certifications may be required after hire
