Wage Range : $90, 000 - $110, 000

Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for paint including sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix and match paint colors to manufacturer specifications
- Apply paint, clear coats, and other finishes using spray equipment
- Inspect finished work to ensure high quality and accuracy
- Maintain paint booth and equipment in clean working condition
- Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Work collaboratively with body technicians and estimators to ensure timely repairs
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
- Knowledge of paint mixing systems and refinishing techniques
- Ability to match colors and achieve high-quality finishes
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
