John Dennys Contractors, LLC is looking for a skilled, reliable, and experienced Handyman to join our growing construction and remodeling team.
We are seeking a motivated individual with hands-on experience in residential repairs, renovations, and general construction. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and deliver high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform general home repairs, maintenance, and remodeling.
- Complete basic plumbing repairs and installations.
- Perform carpentry work, including framing, trim, doors, and molding.
- Handle basic electrical repairs and installations where legally permitted.
- Assist with kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling projects.
- Install and repair drywall, flooring, and other construction materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete assigned projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous handyman or general construction experience is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable personal transportation (own vehicle).
- Must own basic construction tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and responsible.
- Ability to perform physically demanding construction tasks safely.
