Provide technical and process support to Drivetrain Operations to maintain compliance with environmental regulations. Directly responsible for the environmental compliance programs for the facility (Water, Waste, and Spill Response). Collect, analyze, and report environmental data related to compliance and sustainability for the facility. Directly responsible for the facility ISO 14001:2015 certification requirements. Respond and mitigate emergency situations at the facility inside or outside of normal business hours VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position What Skills You Need Experience managing environmental compliance in a consulting or manufacturing setting. An effective communicator with the ability to communicate compliance obligations to factory leadership and hourly workforce. What Makes You Stand Out Experience creating and/or updating environmental plans, permits and standard operating procedures. Experience working in a manufacturing setting. Experience working with environmental management systems and ISO 14001:2015 certification. Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or related field.
