Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative for JD Intelligent Solutions Group located in Johnston, IA, you will...
- Provide e-commerce support to customers, dealers, and company personnel on shop.deere.com website for parts, merchandise, and home/workshop products
- Work in a high-volume contact center environment
- Utilize multiple support channels including phone, email, and cases while effectively documenting each interaction within our case management system
- Effectively document each interaction in the internal case management system
- Assist with escalated support issues
- Mentor less experienced agents

What Skills You Need
- Experience with customer service/support in e-commerce or similar field
- Experience with interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- High comfort level and experience with consumer software applications
- Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work on mutiple tasks/projects simultaneously
What Makes You Stand Out
- Knowledge of various John Deere machines and equipment
- Professional experience with e-commerce products
- Prior work experience in agriculture or technology dealer channels
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering related field or IT or equivalent related work experience
