I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the nonprofit sector, where serving others and making a positive impact were at the center of my career. I’m a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and also attended seminary. Outside of work, I’m married with three kids and am a big sports fan.
Community involvement continues to be an important part of my life and our agency. I’m active in my church and stay connected locally through the Pace and Santa Rosa County Chambers of Commerce and the Rotary Club.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with John Cowling - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
