Ceramic Tile Installer

I am hiring for the following positions

• Helper: Entry-level or general labor. They assist with material staging, mixing mortar/thin-set, carrying tile, and site cleanup.
• Apprentice: Someone actively learning the trade. They have foundational knowledge and can handle basic cuts, grouting, and preparation under supervision.
• Journeyman: A fully competent, independent installer. They can read prints, handle layout, set straight and pattern runs, and work independently without direct guidance.
• First Class (or First Class Mechanic): A master-level, highly seasoned craftsman. In tile setting, this is someone capable of leading a crew, running complex custom installations (such as intricate mosaics, mud-bed/screed work, curbs, complex slope-to-drain systems, and slab work), troubleshooting tough jobsite conditions, and interpreting architectural shop drawings.
