HVAC Service Technician

About the Role:
 As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems. You'll provide top-tier service, help homeowners make informed decisions, and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform expert installation, maintenance, and repairs of residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and electrical issues.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch to optimize scheduling and minimize delays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
• Accurately generate invoices, process payments, and document job details with precision.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements through employer-provided training.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and system upgrades.

Your Experience & Education:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
• Certification or formal training in HVAC systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Comfortable working in various physical positions, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, and crouching.
• Dexterity to handle tools and equipment with precision.

Your Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Some weekend shifts as needed to meet customer needs.
