We are seeking an ERP Business Analyst to join our team and lead the ongoing optimization and expansion of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This role is central to ensuring the company fully leverages the evolving capabilities of our ERP platform to drive efficiency, integration, and insight across the business.
The ERP Business Analyst will report to the Business Systems & Process Improvement Manager and work closely with leadership, end users, and technical teams to manage ERP enhancements, vendor relationships, user support, and training programs.
We’re looking for you to do the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP Expansion and Implementation: Prioritize, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of Phase II ERP modules, including Forecasting, Crewtime, Subcontractor Prequalification, Human Capital Management, Safety, and Three-Way Matching. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality implementations.
- Manage ERP Vendor Relationships: Maintain productive, proactive relationships with CMiC representatives and other key vendor personnel and participate in bi-weekly account management meetings and user group forums such as CMiC User Voice.
- Act as the ERP Issue Clearinghouse: Serve as the primary point of contact for system issues identified by the JBCC user community. Submit and manage support cases with CMiC, ensuring timely progress and resolution. Provide structured status updates and reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager.
- Coordinate User Training: Develop and manage ERP training programs for all user groups. Oversee onboarding for new employees and refresher training for existing users. Coordinate targeted training related to new feature rollouts and system updates.
- Drive Continuous Improvement and User Engagement: Solicit periodic feedback from ERP users to identify enhancement opportunities. Monitor ERP usage trends and adoption across business units. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of system processes.
- Cultivate Module Ownership and Expertise: Identify and engage internal module owners to champion best practices and ensure accountability within their functional areas. Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across module owners and project teams.
- Partner on Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the Business Systems & Process Improvement Manager to align ERP capabilities with process optimization projects. Work closely with the Technology Lead to ensure ERP integrations support broader technology initiatives.
You Have:
- 3–5 years of experience in Construction ERP system management, implementation, or administration (preferably CMiC or comparable platform).
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and business process integration.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (Asana, Jira, or MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 a year – Full-Time
