We are looking for a high integrity, detail-oriented Construction Superintendent to lead our field operations. You’ll be the "boots on the ground" leader responsible for taking projects from planning to the final walkthrough. Whether it’s a high-end custom home or a retail build-out, you ensure the work is done safely, on time, and to our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Oversee all daily field operations, ensuring the job site is clean, organized, and secure.
- Scheduling: Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries to keep the critical path moving.
- Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections at every phase (framing, MEP, finish) to ensure zero-defect delivery.
- Safety Leadership: Enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols—no exceptions.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential architectural or structural conflicts before they become costly change orders.
- Communication: Act as the primary bridge between the Project Manager, subcontractors, and the client.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction supervision.
- Character: Exceptional integrity and ethics aren't just good business practices - they are the foundation of every arena of life.
- Technical Savvy: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and specifications like a second language.
- Leadership: You know how to motivate a crew and hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining professional relationships. Professional conduct is to be maintained all the time.
- Compliance: Deep knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
- Tools of the Trade: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, CoConstruct, or Buildertrend).
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
