This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Specialist role based in our Central Point, OR office. The Payroll Specialist will manage and process payroll for multiple clients, including accurate calculation of hours, deductions, and taxes. They will handle payroll administration tasks, such as employee data management and report generation, as well as ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The role also involves managing garnishments and providing superior client support to address payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Proficiency in Payroll Processing, including accurate calculation and timely submission of payrolls.
- Experience in managing Payroll Taxes and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Knowledge of Payroll Administration, including maintaining employee records and issuing reports.
- Understanding of Garnishments and the ability to manage them in accordance with legal requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and basic MS Office applications (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in accounting or payroll services is highly beneficial.
