Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Representative located in Westwood, NJ. The Commercial Lines Account Representative will manage daily account activities, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer retention. Key responsibilities include managing client insurance accounts, providing consultations, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting overall account management.
Qualifications
- NJ Insurance License
- Knowledge of Insurance practices and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Westwood, NJ
- Experience in commercial insurance
- Knowledge of AMS360 helpful
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
