What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Sales Representative position at Johanson Transportation Service Inc?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to potential clients across assigned industries and territories.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold calls, and email outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
- Serve as a point of contact for existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor active accounts, resolve service issues promptly, and ensure smooth daytoday communication.
- Coordinate with internal operations, customer service, and dispatch teams to fulfill client needs efficiently.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to onboarding new accounts.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and pricing options in collaboration with senior sales leadership.
- Track and report key performance metrics, revenue, and pipeline activity on a daily/weekly basis.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing. Must be able to use the computer for sending and receiving information, conducting internet research, and maintaining files.
