What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging one-on-one and small group training sessions for youth players ages 5–17.
- Assess player abilities and design tailored training programs to accelerate growth.
- Build positive relationships with players and parents through great communication and professionalism.
- Motivate, mentor, and inspire young athletes to love the game and build confidence.
- Represent JOGA’s values on and off the field as a leader, role model, and teammate.

Requirements
- Must be 22 years old.
- Soccer experience (college or competitive level preferred).
- Coaching experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must be available for after-school or evening sessions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
