About The Position
The Director of Development Operations is responsible for proper acceptance, tracking, recording, reporting, and acknowledging of gifts and pledges in accordance with Joffrey policy, state and federal laws, and IRS regulations. This position manages the database to ensure the highest, most streamlined level of functionality for the advancement team, identifying opportunities that leverage the data to inform strategy. The Director of Development Operations works closely and collaboratively with members of the finance and IT departments.
