Account Representative – Insurance & Financial Services

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify client needs and recommend insurance and financial products
- Sell and service Auto, Home, Life, and Financial Services policies
- Educate clients and simplify complex insurance concepts
- Assist clients during life events and policy changes
- Collaborate with a team committed to service excellence
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in person in Gilbert, AZ
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred (Not Required):
- Property & Casualty License
- Life & Health Insurance License
Licensing tuition reimbursement available for qualified candidates.
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Compensation Range: $52,000 – $76,580
(Includes base salary plus commission; actual earnings depend on performance)
- Paid time off
