Compensation & Living Arrangement
- Hourly pay: $30/hour
- Private bedroom in a beautiful waterfront home with private dock
- Monthly rent: $1,500 (paid separately by the candidate)
- Work schedule is designed so that earnings offset rent, creating a net-positive financial arrangement

About the Role
We are seeking a live-in companion and support assistant to help care for an inspiring and accomplished woman as she recovers from a kidney transplant over a 6 week period (anticipated timing: June–July).
This is a non-medical, supportive role focused on creating a calm, organized, and nurturing recovery environment.
About the Host
Our host is an accomplished executive coach who has worked with senior leaders at a major global tech company for over 18 years. She is a respected leader in women’s leadership development, having facilitated programs for executives around the world.
Beyond her professional life, she is creative, resilient, and deeply thoughtful. She enjoys yoga, swimming, and singing, and has built a strong, supportive community around her.
After navigating a long health journey, she is preparing for a kidney transplant and will need consistent, compassionate support during her recovery.
About the Home
The role is based in Bel Marin Keys, in a serene waterfront home.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily routines and provide gentle structure (including medication reminders approximately every 4 hours)
- Provide transportation to medical appointments (Stanford area, ~2x/week initially)
- Assist with meal prep, grocery shopping, and errands
- Help coordinate a broader support network (meals, visitors, communication)
- Light household organization and upkeep
- Offer a steady, calm, and compassionate presence
Ideal Candidate
- Naturally empathetic, organized, and dependable
- Calm under pressure and emotionally grounded
- Comfortable supporting someone post-surgery (non-medical care only)
- Health-conscious and attentive to maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Flexible, proactive, and communicative
- Bonus: interest in wellness practices such as yoga, mindfulness, or holistic health
