Joey Payne Farms LLC is hiring dependable CDL Class A or Class B Truck Drivers to haul rock, asphalt, and other construction materials. We are looking for safe, responsible drivers who take pride in their work and can operate equipment professionally and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Haul rock, asphalt, gravel, and other construction materials
- Safely operate company dump trucks and hauling equipment
- Load, transport, and unload materials according to job-site requirements
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Secure and transport loads safely
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Maintain accurate driving and delivery records
- Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and job-site personnel
- Keep assigned truck clean and report maintenance or safety issues
- Follow all job-site safety procedures
- Work efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B license
- Clean and acceptable driving record
- Previous dump truck, rock, asphalt, or construction hauling experience preferred
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to safely operate and inspect commercial vehicles
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
- Must be able to pass required DOT drug and alcohol screening
- Must maintain required CDL and medical certifications
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
