We’re Hiring – Join Our Outdoor Power Equipment Team

Joe’s Power Center is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing team. We are a locally owned outdoor power equipment dealership specializing in sales, service, and support of lawn, garden, and professional equipment. If you enjoy hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a close‑knit team, we’d like to talk with you.

Open Positions Include:

• Sales & Counter Staff
• Service & Repair Technicians
• Setup / Assembly / PDI Technicians

What You’ll Do (depending on role):

• Assist customers with equipment selection, parts, and service needs
• Diagnose and repair outdoor power equipment such as mowers, tractors, handheld equipment, and utility vehicles
• Assemble, test, and prepare new equipment for sale (PDI and setup)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
• Follow established shop procedures and safety practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in equipment (service/setup roles)
• Customer-focused attitude (sales and counter roles)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Previous experience with outdoor power equipment, small engines, or mechanical repair is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person.
