Role: Help Desk Technician (Law firm exp req)
Exp: 2-5 yrs
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (base) comprehensive benefit package
Work Authorization: US citizen
Location: Bergen County, New Jersey (Occasional travel to other firm offices may be required)
MANDATORY SKILLS:
· 2–5 years of help desk or desktop support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
· Experience with iManage strongly preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong service-oriented mindset
· Exceptional attention to detail and consistent documentation habits
· Ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot efficiently, and manage multiple requests
· Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
