Responsibilities
- Perform window cleaning on commercial buildings, ensuring all glass surfaces are spotless and streak-free.
- Utilize scissor lifts and other equipment safely to reach high windows and hard-to-access areas.
- Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service expectations and any issues that may arise during the cleaning process.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating scissor lifts and other elevated work platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
