- Completing installations of water treatment equipment
- Monthly service of water treatment equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing water treatment systems
- Managing difficult customer situations professionally
- Identifying and selling new equipment when opportunities arise
- Being on-call one week per month, including one weekend
- Shop work, and assisting in other daily task
