What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a key role in leading service operations and delivering high-quality air filtration solutions for commercial and industrial customers in and around Tampa.
- Take ownership of job execution by ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all service work.
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain air filtration systems.
- Lead and support on-site service jobs, including complex installations.
- Train and mentor Service Technicians on proper installation and service techniques.
- Supervise on-site operations and ensure quality control.
- Travel to customer sites to repair, replace, and maintain equipment.
- Deliver products and verify accuracy against order instructions.
- Follow customer-specific requirements and actively ensure adherence to safety standards, supporting a strong safety culture on-site.
- Conduct site surveys and document service updates or spec changes.
- Perform additional services such as disinfection and pressure washing (as needed).
- Build strong relationships with customer contacts and provide solutions to their needs.
- Identify and share new business opportunities with leadership.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain delivery logs and vehicle checklists
- Adhere to DOT regulations and uphold company safety standards while leading by example.
Qualifications:
Experience, Education, and Work Eligibility
- 7 years of service, mechanical, or related field experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screen (if required).
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and reliable transportation to and from work.
- At least 21 years old and at least 1 year of U.S. driving experience (satisfactory results from driving record check/MVR required).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable working on ladders and using general hand and power tools.
- Ability to read screens and documents and communicate effectively in person, and over the phone.
- Able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed.
- Able to push and maneuver equipment such as carts and dollies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
- Technical or service-related training.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer and math skills.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
- Occasional overtime based on business needs.
- Work performed at branch location and customer job sites.
- Dynamic environment depending on customer location and weather conditions.
Compensation and Benefits
- This is a non-exempt, hourly position with pay based on experience.
- Benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance, 401(k) with 100% match up to 4%, profit sharing, and paid time off.
