What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin and Social Media Assistant position at Joe the Pressure Washing Guy?
We need a consistent, organized, dependable team player to help organize the company schedule, keep our CRM updated and help with lead follow-up. We are also open to having this person involved in our social media content.
This is a part-time role for now. Here's your typical workflow:
Call the company owner every morning, go over new leads, the existing sales pipeline and any outstanding project management tasks. You are the person that makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
As new leads come in, you will add them to the CRM. As we complete projects, you will be responsible for setting follow-ups for future appointments.
Because of the independent nature of this job, we offer the option of being a 1099. With the exception of our morning calls (which should be under 15 mintues in length), you can set your own schedule.
Good side-hustle opportunity. Or a good client for someone building their own admin assistant company.
Pay depends on experience and the amount of responsibility you take on (i.e. the value you provide). $15 - $23/hour. We are also open to project-based compensation.
Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
