The Estimator serves as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and homeowners throughout the restoration process. This role is responsible for inspecting property damage, preparing accurate estimates, securing project approvals, and managing restoration projects from start to finish. The Estimator ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while delivering exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct site inspections to assess damage caused by fire, smoke, water, mold, wind, and biohazards.
- Prepare accurate estimates for restoration projects.
- Obtain customer approvals and signed contracts to begin work.
- Communicate with homeowners, business owners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors throughout the project.
- Manage assigned restoration projects from start to completion.
- Supervise assigned employees and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality.
- Manage jobs through CRM and coordinate with insurance adjusters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of estimating, restoration, or project management experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience with Xactimate.
- Preferred certifications:
- Mold Certification
- AMRT
- WRT
- Lead Certification

Salary : $125,000 - $250,000
