AVAILABLE POSITIONSFull-Time MechanicWe are seeking a skilled, motivated, and dependable mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will work hands-on performing a wide range of vehicle repairs and customizations, with a strong focus on off-road vehicles—especially Jeeps. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and enhancing vehicles to ensure they meet the highest safety, performance, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, suspensions, and other vehicle systems.Suspension, Wheel & Tire Installation: Install, repair, and customize suspension systems, wheels, and tires to optimize off-road performance.Engine Repair & Maintenance: Perform engine repairs and routine maintenance to restore functionality and improve performance.Engine & Transmission Replacements: Complete engine and transmission replacements, including custom AMW4x4 HEMI conversions.Axle Upgrades: Perform axle upgrades to enhance durability and performance for off-road and heavy-duty use.12-Volt Electrical Systems: Install and upgrade lighting, audio systems, winches, and other 12-volt accessories.Vehicle Customization: Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and deliver high-quality, custom solutions.Routine Maintenance: Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and brake inspections.Customer Communication: Provide clear updates on vehicle status, recommended repairs, and upgrade options while delivering excellent customer service. Skills & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 2–3 years of automotive mechanic experience. Strong knowledge of suspension systems, engines, transmissions, axles, and electrical systems required. Experience with off-road vehicles, particularly Jeeps, is a plus.Certifications: ASE or equivalent certifications preferred but not required.Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of diagnostics, repair procedures, and mechanical systems.Problem-Solving: Ability to efficiently identify and resolve mechanical issues.Attention to Detail: Commitment to precision and high-quality workmanship.Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical information with the team.Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
