What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Attendant position at Joe's Car Wash?
Customer Service Attendant (CSA) Duties:
- Provide good customer service to every customer.
- Perform cleaning tasks on a daily basis
- Process cars quickly and in a friendly manner.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Perform repetitive actions over long periods of time with minimal breaks in a warm environment.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift objects that might be 25 lbs. or more.
- Required to conduct designated side work during slow periods during shift.
- Required to conduct opening and closing procedures.
- Follow all safety procedures as outlined in training.
