We offer a 5-day work week with weekends off, so you can enjoy both Saturday and Sunday to yourself. Qualified candidates can earn a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000, based on experience. - Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Successfully complete all brand and career assigned training
- Service technician certifications preferred, but will train and certify experienced, driven techs
- Strong automotive background
- Ability to work with a team
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
- I-CAR Certificate of Advanced Training, preferred
- NC State Inspection License
- Commitment and record for excellent attendance and punctuality
