The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 7 years of high-end residential design experience including new construction, full remodel and full FF&E package.
- Desire to flourish creatively in a lead role
- Appreciation of nature, balance, and the outstanding quality of life that Colorado offers

- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in computer and drafting skills (see details below)
Responsibilities Include
- Develop a creative vision for JMD projects
- Collaborate on project design charrettes
- Oversee project timelines and meet deadlines
- Serve as the primary point of client contact
- Lead, mentor and delegate to junior design staff
- Follow up with consultants, vendors, and trades
- In-depth knowledge of high end furniture sources and vendors
- Knowledge of fabrics and custom furniture specification
- Strong understanding of scale and proportion
- Sketches and drawings
- Mood boards
- Concept boards
- Presentations
- Finish selections and palettes
- Construction schedules
- Site visits and construction observations
- Creating & maintaining project budgets
- Identify & communicate scope creep
- Coordinating with accounting for Invoice review
- Manage furnishings installs
- Degree in Interior Design
- 7 years experience in high-end residential
- Familiar with Google drive and apps
- AutoCAD proficient
- Mac OS proficient
- Adobe Photoshop proficient
- Experience with Studio Designer software is a plus
- Working knowledge of Sketchup Pro or similar is a plus, but not mandatory
