Joe Louis Southern Kitchen is looking for friendly, professional Hosts/Hostesses to create an exceptional first and last impression for every guest. As the face of our restaurant, you’ll welcome guests, manage seating, coordinate the flow of the dining room, and help ensure every visit begins with genuine Southern hospitality.

• Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Manage reservations and waitlists while providing accurate wait times.
• Seat guests efficiently to support balanced service throughout the restaurant.
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and to-go orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and host stand.
• Communicate effectively with servers and managers to ensure smooth dining room operations.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Support opening, closing, and daily side work responsibilities.
