Joe Leone's is looking for a passionate, energetic and motivated Catering Sales & Customer Service Team Member to join our team in Point Pleasant Beach. As a Catering Sales & Customer Service Team Member, you will play a crucial role in assisting Guests with their catering orders. You will be responsible for assisting Guests with questions regarding portioning, preparation and menu planning. Your attention to detail and quality service will ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- A positive and welcoming attitude

- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Customer service experience
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to work on foot for 6-10 hrs
- Available to work closing and opening shifts
- Available on weekends and holidays
