What You'll Do:
- Perform hands-on general labor tasks in our scrap yard
- Sort, move, and process various types of metal
- Assist with equipment operation, loading/unloading, and yard organization
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation to work each day — no exceptions
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on different tasks
- Comfortable with physical work — lifting 40 lbs, standing, bending, walking all day
- Able to work safely and follow safety procedures at all times
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Appreciated ):
- Torch cutting
- Welding or mechanical repair
- Heavy equipment or forklift operation
- Truck driving (CDL)
