Insurance Associate Agent and Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Join our team as an Associate Insurance Agent and Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional insurance solutions and building lasting client relationships. This position consists of all Customer Service Responsibilities and become an Agent/Producer Role after getting your Insurance License. We will train in house and the timeframe will depend on your ability to learn.

Duties

• Engage in sales activities to identify prospective clients and expand the customer base through direct contact.
• Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs across property casualty.
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client requirements,
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues promptly.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication skills, multilingual support if applicable, and personalized client engagement strategies.
• Counting Money, Filling out applications, Filing, Phone Communication, Reading and Writing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to work our office hours without problem
• Willingness to listen, learn, and effectively work in an office setting.
• Will study and pass the insurance exam to be a Licensed Agent
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, benefits explanation, and client relationship building. Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
