The Project Engineer / Service Coordinator will support project management and field operations by coordinating service requests, managing documentation, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and project teams. - Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction and maintenance projects.
- Serve as the main point of contact for service requests and ensure timely response and resolution.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and close-out packages.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure materials and services are delivered on time.
- Track project progress, budgets, and schedules, and provide status updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support warranty and defect management processes during and after project completion.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support successful project execution.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in construction project coordination, engineering support, or service coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management software a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fuel delivery systems or general construction practices preferred but not required.
