Joe Cooper Chevrolet is looking for strong candidates to hire for New and Pre-owned Sales Departments. We want Goal-Driven, Self-Motivated and Competitive Sales professionals only. If you have considered yourself one of the best and are not making $6,000 – $10,000 per month, then come challenge yourself to more as a member of our award-winning sales team.
As a Joe Cooper sales executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer accounts. You will interact with customers to provide them with the knowledge they need to make an informed decision regarding the vehicle they are considering. Experience training from manufacturers, as well as contests and a fast-paced, exciting team environment.
Our sales team is comprised of dozens of professionals with many years of experience in the business. Our sales team is one of the fastest growing areas in the company. With the strategic decision to focus on new and returning customers, we are increasing our staff to support the overwhelming number of customers waiting to be serviced by professional sales executives!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
- Sales Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
- Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry-leading features
As well as:
- Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
- Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate referrals

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales representatives come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don’t have to have automotive sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and having previous sales experience is a plus.
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Sales including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales
- Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Saturday availability is needed as well as some evening hours
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
- High School Diploma or GED'
