Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bookkeeper located in Watsonville, CA. The Bookkeeper will handle day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, and make journal entries. The role also includes using Axon accounting software to manage and track financial information, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the finance team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and handling Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Experience with Financial Statements and Finance management
- Familiarity with Axon Accounting Software
- Familiarity with preparing documents for year end Federal & California state taxes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred. But years of experience qualify as well.
