We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a detail-oriented environment. In this role, you will assist clients with policy questions, claims support, billing inquiries, and policy changes while helping maintain the high standards our office is known for.

• Base hourly pay of $18-$22 to start, with performance-based increases and monthly bonus opportunities
• Mon-Thur 8:30-4:30, Friday 8:30-3 (1pm during summer) must meet 40 hours on days of your choosing

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Bonus Opportunities

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in North Dakota Preferred or ability to obtain quickly
• Prior insurance experience preferred, prior fast-paced office experience required
• Ability to pass required background checks for licensing
• Professional appearance and conduct

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by phone and in person
• Assist with claims support and follow-up
• Handle basic policy changes and account servicing requests
• Answer client questions regarding policies and coverage
• Operate and manage a multi-line phone system professionally
• Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
