Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
Full-Time or Part-Time
Prescott Valley & Cottonwood, Arizona
Jodi Gilray Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time or part-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing, interdisciplinary outpatient therapy team in Prescott Valley and Cottonwood, Arizona.
We are a collaborative pediatric clinic providing occupational, physical, speech, and feeding therapy services for children and young adults. - Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and complete documentation using our EMR system
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions based on each child’s needs and goals
- Collaborate with caregivers to discuss progress and provide practical strategies for home carryover
- Create measurable treatment goals, benchmarks, and progress updates
- Maintain accurate documentation, including treatment notes and appropriate CPT coding/billing practices
- Foster a sensory-friendly, engaging therapy environment that supports each child’s success
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes
- Participate in mentorship, team meetings, continuing education, and professional development opportunities
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with children ages 0–22 and their families
- Interest in pediatrics required; pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Feeding therapy experience or interest is a plus (training available)
- EMR/computer proficiency required
