JOC Construction is actively expanding in Arizona, and we’re looking to build a strong local team. We’re currently looking for experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, and Assistant Superintendents to join us as we continue to grow our presence in the market.
We are a full-service General Contractor working nationwide, with a strong focus on cooperative contracts across government, higher education, and K-12 projects. Our work includes new construction, renovations, and civil projects, and Arizona has become a key market for us.
What we’re really looking for are people who:
- Take ownership of their work
- Understand how to run projects the right way
- Want to be part of building something, not just filling a role
