Primary Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the driving force that keeps the project on track, serving as the key liaison between internal leadership, the client, and the project team. Reporting to the Project Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your leadership, relationship-building skills, and ability to deliver outstanding results.
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee the full financial lifecycle of the project—from preconstruction through final delivery.
- Negotiate, manage, and execute subcontractor agreements.
- Ensure all onsite activities meet safety standards and are completed on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, preparing and delivering regular updates and progress reports.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and owners while contributing to business development initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your project team to support their professional growth and success.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or a related field.
- 7 years of experience managing multimillion-dollar construction projects.
- Proven ability to thrive in environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with construction management and BIM tools such as Procore, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
