Operations & Execution
- Oversee daily operations to ensure job readiness, efficient scheduling, and an excellent client experience.
- Manage fleet maintenance, equipment, inventory, and operational supplies.
- Enforce compliance with safety standards, company policies, and all regulatory requirements.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Maximize conversion rates on estimates and sales follow-ups.
- Ensure a premium, customer-first experience on every job.
- Lead by example when managing high-priority clients or complex projects.
Financial Management
- Own and manage the P&L, including revenue goals, labor costs, and overhead expenses.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Forecast staffing needs and manage schedules to meet demand efficiently.
Growth & Strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Identify and pursue new business and referral opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and team performance.

What You Bring
- 3 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, or service-based industries.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving performance goals.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of personal accountability and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Pay: $66,798.12 - $80,445.04 per year
