Financial Reporting Senior Accountant

As the Financial Reporting Senior Accountant you will play a vital role in the Company’s corporate financial reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day corporate close process and preparation of financial reports, including our SEC and ESG reporting. This position is located at our corporate offices in Salt Lake City, Utah and has a hybrid working schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial reports for public filings with the SEC
  
• Perform due diligence and regular monitoring of the Company ESG metrics and data
  
• Work with communications team to draft responses to ESG inquiries from interested parties and rating agencies.
  
• Collaborate with communications and legal teams to create ESG data and content for SEC reporting and external presentations
  
• Corporate general ledger reconciliations and review
  
• Financial analysis
  
• Audit support
  
• Research technical accounting issues and prepare technical accounting memos
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  
• Minimum of three years of accounting experience, some public company experience preferred
  
• Experience or work related to the filings of public companies
  
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels
  
• Project management skills
  
• Time management; ability to meet important deadlines

• High degree of attention to detail
