This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rockwall, TX, for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with JobTread clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the platform. Key day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing tailored solutions, analyzing customer needs, and contributing to retention strategies. Additional responsibilities include promoting deeper platform adoption, identifying growth opportunities, and working collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Retention
- Proficiency in Relationship Building and fostering long-term client partnerships
- Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, identify pain points, and offer appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in or familiarity with construction or project management software is a plus
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required
